Title: Energy/Food

Hi, I was wondering what foods/drinks should be taken for quick energy? Like, for instance, if I were to stay up all night and then was set to go running in the morning, what should I eat or drink before I go runnin to give me a little bit of energy? Or is that not possible? Respond ASAP please, heh, thanks a lot guys.
