Title: Where Is All The Protein At? I know that protein is very important and it helps muscl to grow. But what foods contain the most protein, what food should I eat to get a lot of protein? Meat(including fish) and dairy products have the most. Some examples are chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, lean red meat, cheese, cottage cheese, milk and eggs. Protein bars or shakes are not necessary as long as you have a good diet.
