Title: Fats And Sugars I know I'm going to sound like an "idiot" but, what is the difference between, "fats" and "sugars", is low fat better or sugar free? Fats are just plain bad... but Sugar ends up turning into Fat anyway, so try to get foods that are low in both. Yes, if you eat too much of either one you WILL gain weight. The trick is finding foods that are low in fat and low in sugar.
