Title: Trying To Gain Weight Naturally I was wondering. I have a very high metabolism. I have very little osteopenia. in my legs that is. I have been working out like crazy trying to eat alot to throughout the day. carbs veggies carb protein.. etc etc and take my calcium .. is there a special diet I should be on??? certain times of the day I should be eating certain foods? If you're eating something like 6 meals a day (which you should be), try to increase your meal size, add more Protein, just in general eat more food.
