EASY WAY IS THAT YOU ADD 64 OUNCE OF WATER IN A JUG AND ADD 1 FRESH LEMON JUICE IN IT AND KEEP IN REFRIGATOR AND DRINK ALL DAY SO BY THIS YOU CAN KNOW THAT YOU HAVE DRANK 64 OUNCE OF WATER. If you don't you want lose. I just cut back on sweets and I don't think about the word DIET that makes me hungry. You need to make it a life change and healthy and not think about it so much. For awhile that is all I thought about and now that i have stopped I seem less hungry and losing weight. sounds strange I guess but I'm losing weight and one for once since having children I feel comfortable in a bathing suit. Date: Jun. 7th, 2001 Title: Re: How Can You Stop Eating Don't stop eating what ever you do! It doesnt work!. All you have to do is break your meals into 5-6 small meals a day. You only want to take in enough cals. to last you about 4hrs. If you take more than that it'll just get stored and become fat. Also stay away from high carb. foods like pasta,bread,cereal ect.. Also try just drinking water. It'll surprise you what it can do. Try haveing high protein, low carbs. and a mild fat intake. Animal fat is a good sourse of muscle energy. Stay away from carb fats like chips, ice creamect. Lifting weights(don't work you won't get all big and muscular)and doing cardio is important too. Low Carbohydrate diet? Wrong. Carbohydrates are what keeps your body in top condition, giving it the energy it needs to build muscle. Your meals have to be moderate to high Carb, high Protein, low Fat, and low Sugar. The ONLY problem with Carbs is eating them 2-3 hours before bed. Don't do that. While you sleep, your body's metabolism slows down, therefore it digests things slower. Carbs by themselves take a long time to digest anyway (which is why they're so great for energy to build muscles), therefore they'd get stored as fat over night if you ate too much before bed. Cut back 2-3 hours before bed, but any other time is fine. Name: Adrien Date: Jun. 8th, 2001 Title: Re: How Can You Stop Eating i just want to say that carbs do burn fast-- the fastest in fact. especially when you are eating sugar. carbs with fiber however stay in your system longer and make you feel fuller longer. so eat high fiber carbs such as whole wheat bread, high fiber cereals, dried fruits, beans and so on.
