Title: I NEED HELP ON DIETING

hi im 19 and im from mexico, i used to be really skiny (i left 10 grade wheighting 39 kg) till adolecence, i went to study to a boarding school last year and sudenly when i came back, evryone called me chuby bunny wonder why? well now in just 1 year i gained 12 kg and im BIG, enormous, i do exercise, but im not that constant on it, so i need a lil bit of hel with a diet, the problem is i dont know of any diet that could fit me, i live bymyself on an apartment, my mum usually goes to the market for me so she buy all kinds of junk food wich dont help at all and i certainly can not find the time to cook, since i study and work too, i only eat fast foods and microwave foods
so if you know of any diets that i can do that include really easy-to -made food like fruit and vegies, nothing complicated and that doesnt contain red meet
that would be awesome

    It's very important to create a diet you can live with forever, so don't make it too restictive. For a man, you should be eating at least 2000 calories a day. The key is making sure they are mostly from carbs and protein. Pick a few lean meats that you like ( white chicken, turkey, tuna, etc.) and try out different recipes with them. Switch to whole wheat breads. Try to eat foods like beans, broccoli, apples, and berries, which contain lots of fiber. This makes you feel full for longer. Swich to some lower fat foods, such as lite cheeses and dressings, and skim milk. Limit your butter and mayonnaise. Finally, reduce your sugar intake. Soda is a major problem.Drink lots of water everyday. At least 8-10 cups a day.
    Now, besides the eating part, you have to sqeeze some kind of exercise in your schedule. Even if it', just a brief walk everday. Find time for a quick jog sometimes. Take the stairs when you can.
    You need to do some weight training. Even if it's just a few sets in the morning. Pick an excercise for each major muscle group, and split them up over the week. The more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn, even while you're sleeping.
