Title: Calories

I am trying to loose weight and also trying to build muscle mass. I try to consume about 1g of protein per pound of weight and I also have breakfast, lunch and dinner.I try to keep the fat content down and I do cardio about 3 times a week and weights 3 times a week. So my question is that I end up eating Six meals a day, will I still be able to loose weight or should I stop consuming so much protein?

6 meals a day in 10 times better than 3, in every way possible.

As long as the 6 meals aren't huge, that is. 6 nutritious small meals a day will keep your metabolism revving all day because since you eat so frequently, your body is almost constantly digesting food, therefore you'll end up burning more Calories per day on average by eating 6 meals per day.

Eating 1g of Protein per pound of body weight is great, stick with it.
