Stay away from fried foods, they're the worst. Don't think of eating as a "diet", always think of it as healthy eating. When eating out, go for grilled before fried, stay away from sauces, ask how the food is prepared, tell them no butter, no bread, salad dressing on the side. I could go on and on. If you think healthy when you look at the menu, and think of ways to cut down on fat intake, you can tell a waitress how you want your food prepared. No restaurant is the best. There are only worst.

I am a computer consultant and do alot of traveling as well.
I found the only possible way I can be sure I am eating healthy is to pack a cooler with food and bring it to work.
I just had no other choice as all I can find are fast food joints.

Check out en.5pillars.com/majors and then go to myproducts there is a natural nutritional that is biodirected called key to sun...it is a fat absorber...it is excellent to take prior to eating out to eliminate all the fat from food so it does not absorb into the blood stream. Call me for more information.

No. Don't get that product, Miky.
Our bodys need a certain amount of fat to live. Cutting fat out of your diet is not healthy. None of those "magic weight loss pills" work, whether they're "all natural", or not, or whatever. They're just not healthy in the long-run. And what are you going to do? Take pills for the rest of your life? No. Just, no. Don't waste your time with them. Just pack a lunch and carry it along with you wherever you go. That's the easiest way I can think of.
