Title: Someone Answer...

Hey there,

I was just wondering if anyone out there could give me an estimate of the nutritional value of a *large* Cinamon Roll, with Vanilla Icing, and the nutritional value of a *large* Chocolate Chip muffin, with Sugar on top? Keep on the high side for estimating. By nutritional value, I mean Calories, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat, Sugar, etc... Thanks to anyone who can help.

I'm not sure what the answer to your question is but if you are interested here is the USDA's food database site.
they have nutritional value for just about everything you can imagine
