Title: Protein Shakes
What is the best protein shake available in the market. I am taking Designer Protein Shake. Do you think it is safe to drink with Slim Fast. I mix the two together. I want to loose weight with out loosing any muscle mass. I exercise to help tone up. Am I going about this the right way.

You know you may want to try a soy drink. Soy has a ton of protein without all the fat and sugar. Sometimes you have to watch protein shakes becuase they will add a ton of sugar to make them taste better. Check the health food section at the store for soy products and READ THE LABEL. I use Revial Soy products and the results have been good.

Personally I use Myoplex from EAS. A little pricey but one of the best on the market. It is low in fat and also has Glutamine in the mix which is an essential amino acid.
