Title: Protein Shakes What is the best protein shake available in the market. I am taking Designer Protein Shake. Do you think it is safe to drink with Slim Fast. I mix the two together. I want to loose weight with out loosing any muscle mass. I exercise to help tone up. Am I going about this the right way. Sometimes you have to watch protein shakes becuase they will add a ton of sugar to make them taste better. Check the health food section at the store for soy products and READ THE LABEL. It is low in fat and also has Glutamine in the mix which is an essential amino acid.
