*****HOW FAR CAN I GO?*****I'm 5'8, weigh 145 pounds, and I'm 13 years old. I'm eating 5 healthy meals a day, lifting weight, high intensity, 3 days a week (switching upper and lower body), and playing basketball for cardio, 3 days a week, before breakfast. How much progress do you think I'll be able to make by the time September comes? A flat stomach? More?

Yes, just be careful and really since you are young you should see a doctor and make sure you are doing everything right. Trusting a doctor is better than trusting a message board
