Title: Sugar Free Vs. Fat Free

As an example, would I be better off eating sugar free pudding or fat free pudding. Take into account that I am not a diabetic and do not have problems with my sugar.

I would definitely say sugar-free. Your body stores the sugar (creating body fat). Fat in your diet is certainly needed more than sugar.
