Title: Weight Gain

hi, plz help me,
im 23 and my weight is about 57 kgs, and i wanna gain weight .
plz tell me methods how to solve this problem.

    well it all depends on what you eat during the day and at night.
    if you eat carbohydrates at night then the sugars will store as fat and eventually weight will be puton but if eating protein at night then it contains very little sugars so you will not put on weight because the food is easily digestible but takes a couple hours. my suggestion would be to increase your calorie intake but do not over eat. more exercise will increase your metabolism and you will become hungrier. eat at least five small meals in a day and if you do exercise then you will be turning any fat into muscle. dedicate at least 3-4 times a week at the gym and weights every other day. do not overdo it. remember also that carbs and fats are needed to work together so eat them about an hour before exercise and protein afterwards.
