Title: *!*!WANNA HELP ME?*!*! Hey all! I am a teenager starting a diet.. i got my plan all figured out and I am all motivated and ready to go. Last time, after a few months, I lost some of my motivation and started to put the weight on again. So, I am asking this time around for any and all "MOTIVATIONAL" tips to help me along the way.., THANKS! Wish me luck!
