Exercise and plan a healthy diet. Maybe see a nutritionist who can put you on a plan. Hit the weights, join a gym, walk around your block. Look at what your motivation is and do it! I know it is a lot easier said than done, but if you want it badly enough you can do anything. You know that u need to do it and you sound ready to take action. It will take some hard work and dedication but a lot can be accomplished in just a few months. Even just a 3 or 4 days a week for about an hour or so should be fine but the key for you really is your diet....u need to maintain a healthy one. the best thing to do would be to see a nutrionist who can formulate the best plan for your needs. Good Luck Name: josh Date: May. 22nd, 2001 Title: Re: I'm Desperate - Please Please Help yes its possible but it takes time exercise and watch the foods you eat. that plays a big part. cut down on calories but don't deprive yourself. never eat carbs at night if hungry, only proteins and low fat foods have lower fat but usually more sugars which store as fat so if eating salad dressing or other sauces watch for that. try to cut down on the dressings and toppings you put on food. you will make a big change in your diet and maybe for more info you should see a dietition who can help you with balancing your meals and what you should and shouldn't do. good luck!
