If you want to keep that weight off, it will take longer then 1 month. If you need to lose the weight that quickly, I suggest you exercise 7 days a week include 40 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting. Make sure you alternate muscles, I usually do arms and back and lower body and abs. It sounds harsh, but it is necessary to lose that much weight in such a short amount of time. you also need to eat less then 1,200 calories a day. I found it best to only eat when I was hungry and ate small healthy meals. Drink lots of water always have a bottle on hand. I promise that if you stay true to the diet and exercise it can be done. Warning! watch out for set backs they tend to be all night binges of ice cream and cookies. If you find that happening call a friend for support or go for a walk. I have faith in you! If I could do it you can do it.

Please be careful who you listen to!!

It is not healthy to weight train 7 days a week, if you take in less than 1200 calories...you're basically canibalizing your body! The only advice I have for you is: Don't try to lose so much in so little time. Drink LOTS of water. Do cardio everyday if you have time, weight lift 3-4 days a week (alternating muscles like she/he said) and hope for MAYBE 10 lbs in a month. Do not try to lose more than 2lbs a week. You're just asking for trouble...as well as an instant bounce back afterwards. In fact the faster you lose, the faster you gain and you can even gain more than you lost!!

        A quick weekly diet:
        -Plain Oatmeal for breakfast
-Low fat yogurt or carrots for a snack around 10am
-plain chicken and a small portion of brown rice for lunch
-a slice of 100% wheat bread with a teaspoon of peanut butter on it (peanuts are high in protein) for another small snack. WORK YOUR WAY TO A PROTEIN SHAKE LIKE METRX AFTER A FEW WEEKS.
        - veggie burgers or fish or something like that for dinner. And then NO LATE SNACKS.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER ALL DAY.

That's the quickest help I can give you.

        Hope it helps :o)
