NEED HELPI am 17 and have to loose 20 lbs to join the national guard. What is the easiest most effective way to do this. I have to loose it before the middle of June!!!!

hOLLIE....DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO LOOSE THAT AMOUNT OF WEIGHT IN THAT SHORT LENGTH OF TIME!!! The most you should lose in a week is 2lbs. Eat 5 SMALL, HEALTHY, LOW CAL/fat meals a day.
* small bowl of cereal for breakfast.
* Tuna/chicken etc salad with low fat dressing for lunch.
* For dinner; make your protein larger than your carbs with plenty of vegetables..Approx. 600k cals.
+ For snacks during the day, whenever your peckish...try drinking water or a low cal drink first..IF your still feeling hungary..snack out on as MUCH fruit and veg you want!!! ie. celery, carrots, grapes, etc. etc!!
++ try to do as much aerobic exercise as YOU can and feel like!!
