Title: Cafeteria Food...

I'm only a teenager in high school, and it seems that the only thing to eat in there are sugary donuts, fattening pizza (think double cheese), fattening cookies, crisply fried french fries, and stale bagels. I'm scared to eat the fruit cuz everyone molests them w/ their hands. What healthy thing should I do for lunch? BTW- I'm a vegetarian

Have you tried bringing your own lunch from home? This way you know what you are eating, and you save money. Try peanut butter and jelly. Or bring your own fruit, make a fruit salad. So many options even for a vegetarian.

What I do is eat a healthy breakfast that will fill me up so I will not be so hungry at lunchtime. Your right about the fruit by you never know where it came from or who has when touching it beause at my school it is just out in the open. I usually bring fruit from home and something else like crackers. Like you I really do not like meat but unlike you I am not a vegetarian, I eat certain kinds of meat. I really lost weight when I started bringing my lunch from home and knowing what I am eating and how many calories each thing I am eating has. You never know what is in those pizzas and french fries they serve everyday so I don't take my chances.
