Title: Need Advice On Losing Stomach Fat......

I'm 5'5, 134 pounds. I carry a lot of weight in my stomach, and have had two c-sections. I am addicted to carbs, is this bad for my weight loss? I could live on rice and potatoes. What are good foods to include to help lose the weight? I do tae bo and walk daily for exercise. Thanks!

I am 23 years old and weigh 126 pounds. I am small-medium frame with quite a big ribcage but very small hips and legs. I am quite thin but I carry a lot of weight around my midriff and when I gain weight it goes straight to my waistline and lower stomach area. I would like to find a way of getting rid of this excess weight and a way of keeping it off. Are there any diets that could help me or any foods I should avoid? I eat meat every day (once a day) red meat 1-2 times per week and I eat very healthfully - I love fruits and veggies and I drink plenty of water. I like bread but I try to stay away from white bread, eating mostly whole grain. Please help.

If you aren't exercising start. Do some type of cardio 4 days a week. I work out 5 days a week and sometimes 6, but always give your body a day of rest. Try to figure out how much fat and calories you are taking in a day if it's a lot you need to cut back a little. Sounds like you are eating healthy already so just start exercising and the fat will go away in time. Also do some toning in those areas.
