Title: Scale Error?

My friend told me that when she weighs herself in the morning before exercising and later that night, the scale states that she is 4-6 lbs heavier at night than her morning weight? How can this be? Which weight should she believe?

I don't think it's a scale error. If I weigh at night Iam always up a few pounds so I go by my morning weight and that is what my doctor told me to do, weigh in the mornings.

that is true, your weight often fluctuates within during the day due to water retention, what u have eaten, if you have gone to the bathroom, etc. my advice is to take your weight at the same time every time. for example, in the morning, before breakfast, after going to the bathroom
