8 Glasses Of WaterI know I should drink at least eight glasses of water a day but Im curious if carbonated or seltzer water like perrier provides the same benefits as natural water. And how big should a glass of water be? Thanks

Your body needs at least 8-8oz glasses of natural water a day. If you are overweight, you need an additional glass for every 20-25 pounds you are overweight.
Sure the other stuff counts, but it has all the extra stuff in it your body just doesn't need.
