Title: Is This True ? I heard that if you run on cement it will hert your knees in later life and I also heard that fit you wear your running shoes around the house ( not while exercixing ) thy won't work as running shoes while you run . I put in about 45 minutes of basketball and at least 30 minutes of running in these same shoes about 5 times a week.
