well, you can eat either one,
as long as you adjust your
daily intake accordingly. if
you eat the reduced fat kind,
then make sure you reduce your
carb intake for that day to
adjust...if you eat the
regular, make sure to watch
your fat intake that day.

Honestly, the best peanut butter you can eat is 'Natural Peanut Butter', which shouldn't have any polyunsaturatred fats, and very little saturated fat in it. The third type of fat, monounsaturated fat, is actually good for you in moderation, and can give you more power during workouts, as well as improve cardiovascular health. Smuckers makes a good variety of natural peanut butters, and they honestly aren't that much more expensive. Stay away from regular peanut butters, as many of them contain maltodextrin, which isn't so good for you.
