Title: Peanutbutter What is better to eat-- reduced fat peanutbutter (has less fat, more carbs) or regular (has more fat, less carb Name: Adriann Date: May. 3rd, 2001 Title: Re: Peanutbutter well, you can eat either one, as long as you adjust your daily intake accordingly. if you eat the reduced fat kind, then make sure you reduce your carb intake for that day to adjust...if you eat the regular, make sure to watch your fat intake that day. The third type of fat, monounsaturated fat, is actually good for you in moderation, and can give you more power during workouts, as well as improve cardiovascular health. Smuckers makes a good variety of natural peanut butters, and they honestly aren't that much more expensive. Stay away from regular peanut butters, as many of them contain maltodextrin, which isn't so good for you.
