Exercise/fatigueIf I workout on Nautilus type equipment more than twice a week I begin to feel fatigue and loss of strength in my muscles.
I am 6'6" tall and weigh about 205 lbs. Still have some fat in ab area.
Any suggestions as to whether I should take in more carbs or protein or...?

I read awhile back to eat a banana an hour before working out. It has worked for me and I don't feel fatigue anymore after my workouts. I don't know if this works for everyone but it's working for me. Also that is what the pros do!
