Title: Do I Need To Cut Down The Exercize Or Eat More ? Every other day I run 6 miles and everyday that I do not run I do an aroebics video and then sprint a mile afterwards. Everyday I eat by the food pyramid but when I do eat I eat the mst less food that I can eat in that category ( ex. it says to eat 2-3 fruits and I eat 2 . ) . lately people out of the blue have been telling me that I am getting too skinny and blame me for having an eating disorder but I feel fresh and energetic every second of the day .
