Hello...i have a few questions concerning weight loss...could some one help clear me up??? thanks!! -what are digestive enzymes and which would u recommend? -Is super-food a food supplement pill?? -What do u think about weight loss pills? do u think they work?? -Which is more effective for losing weight...calorie-cutting or cutting fat grams??? -Is it realistic to want to lose about 5 pounds a week?? I don't know about the digestive enzymes or super-food, but I do not think weight loss pills are a good idea. Try and cut back on junk food if you are eating it and when preparing meals, opt for more healthy choices (ie. baked instead of fried). Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink water and more water. Also add some exercise into your daily routine. As for losing 5lbs a week, that's a bit high. I think a more realistic/healthy weight to lose per week is 1-2lbs. Good luck!
