Bodybuilding Training BuddyI would like to start training for competion and would like to have a partner that would be able to talk and help out through the process. I currently train 3 times a week with weights lifting heavier weight but light enough that I will not get stocky. I perform cardio 5-6 times a week fjor 30-45 minutes. I am 5"4 and weigh 130. Please work with me to acheive our goals together.
