Title: I Need Help Losing Weight

I am a 25 yr old male. I want to lose weight very bad. I have a bad problem staying focused.I would like some one to send me some inspiration stuff, PLEASE. I would like any advice anyone has to offer. ( programs and such ) if anyone is wondering I weigh 220, and I want to get down to 180. my goal is to lose those 40 lbs in about a least 5 months. I just recently joined a health club. I will appreciate any help. THANKS, John

    I am a younger than you so my metabolism is a bit faster and I am a woman so our bodies are different but my advice is to follow the food pyramid ( so that you get all of your vitamins and nutrients ) and start running ! Even if you start out at running 50 feet and lose your breath , so what! I started out incredibly pathetic but now I am running 6 miles every other day . i lost 30 lbs in three months . Running and the food pyramid is the key to losing weight that fast ( within 5 mos. )

    If you want to lose weight, try walking at least 5days a week for 45-60min. You will lose weight and more importantly, fat. Once you start getting closer to your target weight, say 200lbs, I would start to incorporate light weights into your routine. This will actually increase your weight initially, but dont worry, muscle burns more calories than fat. The last 20lbs will be slow, but it will come off.

    PS stay away from saturated fats and simple carbs.

    What has clearly worked for me is a combination of working out (weights and treadmill or running), eating carefully (low fat, little meat), and a daily regimen of Vitamins, Digestive Enzymes (this is one of the most important things I've done to break down fat naturally and fully digest what I eat so it doesn't go on my body as fat and I get the most nutritional benefit from it), Super Food (I don't crave high fat and sugar foods when I take the highest quality natural green food plus my energy level is fab.), and a joint anti-inflammatory and muscle builder.
    IT WORKS! I've been fighting the weight battle for years and this finally works for me. Plus I'm totally healthy now...don't get ill, my body is really strong. I swear by this routine.
