Title: Can I Loose Weight If I Eat What I Want On The Weekends I was wondering if you think I can loose weight if I eat what I want on the weekends? I am VERY good all week long Mon-Fri and I excersise and eat very healthy. But on Saturday and sometimes Sunday I tend to eat still just 3 meals a day but what I want, I dont really watch the fat and calories - but can the weekends really kill me if I eat what I want but still excersise? I eat ~1600 a day calories M-F then eat whatever I want on the weekends-pizza, beer, ice cream. It's been almost a year on this plan and I have lost 80 lbs.
