So We Know About Calories.. What About Fat Grams?All I seem to hear/read about is caloric intake. What I'm wondering now is how many fat grams should someone take in each day if that person is trying to lose weight?
I know the recommended daily value for a 2000 calorie diet is like 65g, but if someone is trying to lose weight, shouldn't that number be much less?
