Title: Help Me Please With This... PLEASE

Hi people,
I need some help concerning bodybuilding from an expert or a bodybuilder with a tetra pack, i.e. a successful one :).
I do TaeKwonDo, so my physique is cool but my muscles aren't huge and my cuts aren't apparent because I have some fats. I searched for anyway to improve my physique by making my muscles bigger and by reducing fats and I couldn't find anyway but bodybuilding. My questions are:

1) Isn't there any other way?

2) Will bodybuilding affect my speed and flexablity which are important for TaeKwonDo? If it will, how can I avoid that?

3) On the contrary, can bodybuilding improve my speed and flexibility for TaeKwonDo? How?

4) What is the nutration diet and exercise program that you recommend for me putting in mind that I want to increase muscle sizes and decrease fat persentage to a nice single digitpercentageand reveal my hidden cuts with out loosing my speed and flexability?

Notes:
-My muscles are well developped and I don't have too much fats maybe 20% or less, and I do have cuts under the fat layer, so my overall physique is nice and I am affraid to ruin it by bodybuilding as many bodybuilders become fat and gain a big ugly gut when they start bodybuilding.

-I don't want to take any supplements or pills as I don't have much money and I am affraid of there negative long term effects on health, so please tell me everything ALL NATURAL.

-When can I achieve my goals? Can I in a month?

-Please note that I am so busy like everybody, so I can't workout more than half an hour everyday or 2 hours every 2 days or something like that.

-Please mention everything in the program (no. of reps, speed, rest,...etc)

-Can you tell me the URL of a site listing the exercises with illustrations as I don't know any, it's the first time for me :).

-Please don't neglect ABs in the program and tell me everything about its training exactly like chest or Biseps... it is the most important muscle group for me (I mean Abs). And please don't neglect drinks in the diet.
