Title: Diet For Great Abs I am a 17 year old athletic female and am having a hard time with my abs. I work them out a lot, but what should I eat to make them noticable. I want a 6 pack and was wondering what I should be eating? Please reply with Subject "Abs Help", Thanks Shanley Name: Shanley Date: Apr. 25th, 2001 Title: AB Help Hi there, ABs are the most important part for your physique.. and so as they (the ABS) know that they ask for too much care... or you just force them... I prefer to force them and this had great effects for me, but beside taking care of what I eat (low fats, a lot of carbohydrates and protiens and a lot of drinks specially juces). To force your ABs try this exercise: Lie on your back with your legs bent kepping your feet on the floor (30 cm between your feet and hips) and with your haid raised (a fest between your chin and chest) and with your arms extended beside you. Now start sitting up slowly until you complete a sit up, then lie back slowly, and before you complete your lying on the ground again when your arms are extended such that your palms are beside your knees stop and freeze for 10 counts then complete the lie down. This is a complete rep, repeat it 10 times that would be a complete set. No. of sets is up to you as this exercise is really killing but is really good. Try this and tell me what you think.
