Title: Who Can Take Metabolife? I was thinking about taking metabolife just out of curiosity. I'm not overweight and I'm fit, but having a faster metabolism would not hurt. They can still sale it with out FDA approval, I really don't know but it does have something in it that isn't good for some people. Try doing a search on metalolife warnings or dangers you will find a lot of info in there. I have only tried it once and I thought my heart was going explode and that was with taking a half pill, luckly I didn't buy a bottle of it also had the worst headache afters. Exercising is a great way to boost your metabolism! You said you were already fit so a little cardio should work great for you!
