Title: Metabolife And Hair Loss I am 21 years old. I am 5' and weigh about 108. I have also been taking Metabolife off and on for about 3 years now. Since the last week, my hair has dramaticly thinned and fallen out. I lose over 200 hairs a day, including the shorter new growth hairs. My hair with is now the size of my thumb. My scalp tingls all of the time and my enery greatly decreased accompanied with splitting headaches. I quit taking Metabolife but am not sure if it is in fact the reason for the sudden hair loss. I know that is cosmetic, but also traumatizing for a young female to lose all of her hair in a 2 week period. I plan on seeing a doctor soon, but am worried about the costs. Does anyone have any input besides, 'why did you take that awfull drug so long?' After having my second child I lost a lot of hair and it was due to stress. I don't have any thing good to say about metabolife, it can be a dangerous product for some people and it does cause headaches. Please call your doctor and stay off the metabolife.
