EGGSOk, when eating eggs, I know the egg whites are better for you. But one egg white is not enough for me. Is having two egg whites equal to one complete egg including yolk???????

Pretty much. I usually have 4 whites in an omlette lets say. It just depends how hungary you are. They have only about 15-20 cals and 3-4 grams of protein in one.

After doing some research, i discovered egg whites have 17 calories in them and zero fat. The yolk has over 50 calories and fat in it.

1.5 grams of fat in the yolk. That is what I found. Kinda a lot for a little yolk.
