Title: EGGS Ok, when eating eggs, I know the egg whites are better for you. But one egg white is not enough for me. Is having two egg whites equal to one complete egg including yolk??????? Name: Christine Date: Apr. 24th, 2001 Title: Re: EGGS Pretty much. I usually have 4 whites in an omlette lets say. It just depends how hungary you are. They have only about 15-20 cals and 3-4 grams of protein in one. Christine wrote: > Ok, when eating eggs, I know the egg whites are better for you. But one egg white is not enough for me.
