Title: Experts Look Here....SURPRISE In There Hi there, Here is what everybody needs for being fit forever, but there isn't any REAL EXPERT to help the people do so: 1) A simple step by step, 30 minutes everyday exercise program that trains chest and biseps in a day, shoulders and back the next day, and triceps and legs the third day, in which no. of repetations, speed of working out, and rest times for every exercise is written. The program must be all natural i.e. no equipments or wieghts needed. 2) A nutration diet that helps to loose fats and gain muscle wieght naturally without any supplements (this is 100% scientifically and logically possible). The diet must be simple to understand and based on known food examples not on statistical daily values and scientific terms. 3) This is easy... a page or website where the exercises are listed with illustrations of a perfect rep.
