Gain Muscle Wieght And Loose Fats NATURALLY Dear Younes, The diet which you should take should contain proteins double the weight in pounds you have and carbohydrates triple the same weight and along with that you should take liquids as much as you can along with a heavy weight training at the gym. As you'll be taking the carbs and the proteins in such an amount you will not feel any distress and you will be able to perform well along with gaining muscles and losing weight. For the protein part you should eat white portion of the eggs as much possible and do leave that thinking away that egg's white portion also increases cholestrol if taken in big quantity. Take soyabean, green leafy vegetables, and a large amount of fruit juices. Along with all this do not forget to do a heavy weight training as that will be the only way to lose weight and to gain muscles. The reps you make at the gym should be as fast as you can and do not pay so much attention to your body movement just do a fast exercise training until you reach to a peak position in the set on one side and the repeat it on the other side and you will find a great difference in size and shape of your body!!! which will be definite with very less fats as needed.
