Title: Need Some Help! Please, I would like some advice on how to lose a few pounds and have a healthy diet. I am 20 years old, 5'7 and weigh between 118 and 121 depending on the day. For me, my ideal weigh would be 117 lbs maximum. The problem is I a have a proble eating normal hot meals and I usually do little snacks 4 to 5 times a day(granola bars, pop tarts, fruits, nonfat ice creams...). And then when I eat normal meals, I feel I eat too much which I do and compensate the next week by only snacking. I know it s not healthy (and being at college does not help ) but I don t need someone to tell me I have problems. I need some really good advice! Merci beaucoup!!!
