ALL THAT REALLY NEEDS WORK IS THE MIDDLE OF MY CHEST:BY THE NIPPLES! I WAS WONDERING IF THERE WAS ANY OTHER HOME WORKOUT I COULD DO WITH JUST DUMBBELLS OR NO EQUIPMENT AT ALL? OR COULD IT BE MY EATING HABITS? I AM 5'6 AND WEIGH 105! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME FAST!!

It could be either your diet or your exercising. Don't work out chest more than once a week, so it has time to recover and grow. When you do work out, ditch the isolation exercises and do flat bench, incline bench and dips. Do a heavy weight so your reps are between 4-6.
Make sure you are eatting alot of food. Try and eat foods with alot of protein in it, like meat. Eat 6 small meals so your body has a constant supply of protein.
