    low carb diet is just another fad diet you will lose quickly, but also gain it back. Our bodies need carbs. Just try not to eat too many before going to bed, but WE NEED CARBS. Drink tons of water, reduce calories and fat and exercise. Losing weight too fast isn't good for you body.
