I am currently taking hydroxycut and I was wondering if anyone knows if when you stop taking them will you gain weight back?

I'm sure you will gain some back. But if I were you I would stop them completely and do it the natural way. Eat right and exercise and you should be okay with out hydroxycut. Plus when taking stuff like that you shouldn't take it for long periods anyway.

Hydroxytcut should be taken for a maximum of 12 weeks at a time, at least that's what it says on the bottle. I use it in an 5-on/3-off week cycle, with loading phases during the first and fifth weeks of each cycle. Don't take it with Creatine, as they'll have adverse effects on one another and won't work as well. Other than that, I've had no problems taking Hydroxycut, and have decreased my body fat by about 4% over the last cycle. Good luck.
