I Need Advice...I am 21 and in shape. My goal is to be lean and have definition. I have been excercing and eating healthy for years. I look back on old routines and eating habits and I can tell what I have done wrong. About a year ago I finally started to lose wait and notice a difference, I thought I had found the right routine(excerice and nutrition) for my body. I understand that everyone is different, but now Im at a plateau and Im not seeing results. I eat 6 meals a day and work out 4 times a week, 1hr spin class or 20 min uphill treadmill and 1/2 hr weight training. Im not fat but Im not as lean and toned like I want to be, I need advice.....
