Title: Nutrition ...Help

HI my name is Dawn, I'm new here so I'm kinda in a rut on nutrition wise. I used to be a health nut freak when I was little throught college. But Lately I've been lagging & eating crappy foods. I start my mornings off with pepsi every day & every 2 hours after that :( not good! I don't have time for breakfast, I eat lunch but it's very small a single portion of white rice with chung king soy souce, a soda, & that's it.
This isn't doing me any good :( I did start my mornings off with weight watchers chocolate mix/milk(I like chocolate milk) I'm not majoryly overwieght just inbetween the unwated pounds, & lack of excersize :(
Help me out!!!!!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so try hard to eat a healthy breakfast even if it's a bowl of oatmeal. If you gave up the pepsi you would be amazed how many pounds you will lose over time. Drink water it's better for you anyway. It's not that hard to give up, trust me if I can give it up anyone can. Start eating heathly and exercise and you will knock those unwanted pounds off! Once you start you will want to keep it up!

I have found that good nutrition and workout out keeps my body and mind healthy, strong, free of colds/infections, and lean. Very lean. I work out 5 days a week and while I'm not neurotic about what I eat, I am meticulous about taking top quality nutritional supplements. The combo of working out and the supplements does it for me. I swear by the digestive enzymes I take (they help liquify the food I eat and aid my body in quickly absorbing the vitamins and minerals I get from that food and break it down so it doesn't go on my body as fat), a Super Food, Multi-Vitamin, probiotic (I am a Tour Director and when you're on a coach with 45 people every two weeks, I never get sick and I'm convinced it's because of the probiotics I take plus the anioxidants). I feel stronger and am healthier now than I was 30 years ago. It's terrific.

Best of luck to you and try focusing on a total nutritional and workout plan. It has worked for me totally.

    Dawn,
I can share what has worked for me exceptionally well. I have completely overhauled my approach to my diet, working out and nutritional supplements. I feel better now than I did 25 years ago. So it's working, big time.
I workout at the gym 5 days a week, a combo of treadmill and free weights. (The latter is critical to us women, especially after the age of 30). While I'm not neurotic about what I eat, I try to eat quality food that is low in fat and processed sugar. Where I've noticed a huge difference is in taking nutritional supplements. I swear by digestive enzymes (I can actually feel my food being broken down, liquifying and being absorbed fast--so it's not hanging on my body as fat), the highest quality Super Food on the market because it suppresses my appetite and gives me lots of energy, probiotics which keep me healthy so I'm not susceptible to illnesses around me (this is especially important to me because I am a Tour Director -- I work on a coach with 45 people every 2 weeks, and while they inevitably get sick, I don't--I'm certain it's because of the probiotics and Super Food I take daily), plus the strongest Antioxidant on the market.
My workouts are more complete and painless now because I take a natural joint formula, in fact my Brusitis is completely gone for the first time in 18 years.
I'm happy to share more about this with you if you want to e-mail me: albertine38@hotmail.com
Take good care and best of luck.
