Title: College Pounds Adding Up

when I first started college, I was 115 lbs, 5' 4''. last year I gained 25 pounds. I was 140, then I went home for summer and by exercising regularly and eating healthy, I dropped to 130 lbs. then this year, I gained weight again. i am now 150 lbs. i don't know what to do, because college life keeps me so busy not giving any chance to be on track again?
please suggest a new lifestyle which I can adjust in this busy schedule!!

    hey,
i understand your struggles...been there. I found this great program that doesn't take alot of time, and is so practical for schedules such as yours. It takes max of 45 min a day workouts. Buy the book or visit the website www.bodyforlife.com. The book is the same title. I've lost 40 lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle. I also lost 8 inches off my waist in 3 months. This program will change your life and life style...
    thanks,
    tom
