Title: Can I Lose The Fat On My Stomach And The Sides? Hello. Actually im not over weight. im 20, 5'9'' and 155 pounds. But i couldnt lose the fat on my stomach and on the sides of it for about 3 or 4 years... Its not a health problem but if i lose them i will be more happy. i need to lose about 10 pounds to be my best. i go gym 3 days a week and i run up to 4 miles each time i go. i also do weight-lifting. i dont eat so much but i drink cola, i eat cakes and milk late night, i like sphagetti and rice. Does these matter? If u help me about these and advice me something ill be gratefull. At last i wanna ask u if u know about some weight-losing pills called Kito? Does it work? Healthy? You need to give up the soda those are just empty calories you don't need and dont' want. Drink lots of water. You have to eat heathly to lose weight. You need to really give up the cakes. I try not to eat anything after 7pm. Pasta isn't bad or rice, but you don't want to eat it all the time. I only allow myself to have one of each once a week. You don't need to take any kind of pill to lose weight. You can do it yourself. Eat healthy (take in less calories) exericise and you will get there. Your metabolism will pick up and you need to hit the weights 4 times a week. Weight lifting is more aerobic than running when done correctly, 30 sec. between sets. Lifting will reshape your body. (Loss of weight and gain of muscle) Running will take the shape of your body and simply downsize it. From a big pear to a smaller pear. The lifting will allow you to shape as desired. Good luck.
