Title: Gaining Weight After Dieting! I've been dieting for about two weeks but I just started exercising the second week. The first week I lost 6 lbs and then gained it back in about 2 days and haven't lost it yet. Even though the weight on the scale is the same everyday (most of the time) I feel like my stomach has swelled up and is getting bigger. Why is this? Can someone please help me? Quik?! Once you start working out you gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I went up about 4 pounds, but it was off in no time!
