Gaining Weight After Dieting!I've been dieting for about two weeks but I just started exercising the second week. The first week I lost 6 lbs and then gained it back in about 2 days and haven't lost it yet. Even though the weight on the scale is the same everyday (most of the time) I feel like my stomach has swelled up and is getting bigger. Why is this? Can someone please help me? Quik?!

That is what happened to me when I first started out. Once you start working out you gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I went up about 4 pounds, but it was off in no time! Just keep up the working out
