I Need To Lose Weight!I am 14 years old. I'm 5'2 and I weigh 135 lbs. My stomach is about 29 inches around. I would really like to lose a few inches and be about a 25 or 26. I would really like to do it before summer so I can bye a lot of cute summer stuff that looks good on me. What is the best way to do this quickly. I know you shouldn't lose weight fast because you will gain it all back but will I still gain it all back if I continue to diet and exercise even after I have lost the weight? I also have another question about water. I have heard about a lot of water diets and if you drink a gallon of water a day you can lose 7 lbs a week. Is this true? Is it safe? I try to drink a lot of water but when I do I feel like I've gained a lot of weight (all the time). Why is this? Please help me because I desperately want to lose weight and be healthy.

weight again but I don't
know how. I am still skinny
but I have little love handles

Exercise... Without exercising losing weight on scale will not look good as much as you want.
Start to orginize your meal schedule. Divede your meals 6 times a day. I'm not saying eat 6 big meals a day. Divide your daily intake 6. Biggest in the morning and smallest at the evening. (The idea is you are moving a lot in day, so you should get more calorie intake at the morning and less while you are home at nite and moving less)
Why dividing 6? Well its better to understand it. Eating 2 plate rice at once. And eating 1/4 plate rice each hour for 4 hours are not same thing. Well yes you are taking same amount of calorie. But here how body works. When you take calorie, body wait you to use it. If then you use it there is no problem, but if you dont, body thinks it will need them in future and keep them as fat in your body. If you eat 2 plate at a time, you wont be able to spend it and it will turn fat. If you divide them every time you take it you'll spend it and you'll re-take it again.
There is one more thing. If you eat really less than what you need, you cant reduce your body fat either. Yes you can lose weight, but it doesnt help much. Because if you dont give body enough calorie, once again body will start to protect itself and try to save fat for future instead of burning it at the moment.
I hope it is clear. I suggest you to make a re-search about nutritions on Internet. Its better than any advice if you understand how it works and come up with an idea yourself.
