I have tried them in the past, they did nothing for me but make my heart feel like it was going to beat out of my chest. Plus I was still hungry as ever. There are a lot of pro and cons for metabolife. If you are taking it for energy or losing weight, its best to do it the natural way EXERCISE works miracles.

"Anything" will work if you are disciplined, if you really want to become fitter and healthier. No...Metabolife won't work if we eat and sit on our butts all day. We need to wake up and realize that we eat toom much and move too little!
