Title: Eating Healthy I try very hard to eat balanced meals. i tend to skip breakfast, half the time forget lunch, and by the time supper comes, i barely eat cuz it's almost like my stomache shrunk. Part of it is because i don't know what to eat, and i'm scared to eat the wrong thing and gain weight. Is eating a buttered bagel in the morning bad? i calculate that i get my whole day's energy from that bagel, and by the time the night rolls around, i've burned all the fat from that breakfast. that's also why i dont's eat. i need to know the right way to eat. does it consist of just fruits, veges, and protiens? or can you allow yourself that buttered bagel? help me. If you are going to be really particular about what you eat just remember moderation, every now and then the bagel's OK but as a whole try to eat a range of quality foods,like lean meat, chicken, fish, whole grains, vegies, eggs. Drink plenty of water and try and have 5-6 small meals a day..try and include a little exercise in your day and you'll be amazed how much better you'll feel. Always try and eat some breakfast....it's true what they say about it being the most important meal of the day.
