Title: Weight Gain

I have a very high metabolism and it's difficult for me to gain even 5 pounds. It's easy for me to loose weight. All Fitness write about is how to loose weight, I'm 10 pounds underweight. Junk food, greasy food, and candies will not help me gain weight. I'm swimming 3 times a week. Can Fitness write about weight gain and exercise in the future?

    You want to put on a quality weight,not fat, right?
    This only can be achieved by getting some nice muscle tone - by exercising with weights and eating enough protein each day(muscle doesn't grow without this building material - protein). You can do it!
